This plugin is a free tool provided as-is. It embeds a web viewer (hosted at wpgoogledriveembedder.collegefam.com) within your WordPress site to render Google Drive folder contents.

1.3 Disclaimer of Warranties & No Responsibility for Failure

The plugin and associated web service are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” No warranties, expressed or implied, are made regarding the reliability, availability, or functionality of the tool. The developer takes no responsibility for the failure of the widget in any scenario.

1.4 Limitation of Liability & No Accountability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the plugin/widget.
  • Any failure, downtime, or bug within the widget or the underlying web application.
  • Any loss of data, revenue, or business reputation.
  • Any changes or updates to the underlying web application.

You use this service at your own risk. You cannot hold the developer accountable for any consequences, financial or otherwise, arising from the use or failure of this tool. Any consequences that happen are the user’s sole responsibility.

1.5 User Responsibility for Content

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information Processed

The plugin does not collect or transmit personal user data from your WordPress database. When a page containing the embedder is loaded, the Google Drive Folder ID and your download preferences are sent to the service via URL parameters to enable the functionality.

2.2 Third-Party Service Interaction

The widget interacts directly with Google APIs to display your folder contents. Your use of this tool is also subject to Google’s own privacy policies.

2.3 Tracking and Cookies

The web application may include standard web tracking (such as server logs) to monitor service usage. The developer reserves the right to include or update tracking or analytics tools over time. By using the plugin, you acknowledge and consent to this possibility.
